For over 100 years, the Psi Delta Lodge has been the centerpiece of the Chi Psi experience at the University of Colorado — a home where friendships were forged, leadership was shaped, and generations of Brothers built memories that lasted a lifetime.
Construction began in 1921, and the Alpha moved in the following year. Since then, the Lodge has endured fires, floods, and the passage of time — yet it has always stood as a symbol of brotherhood and resilience. Over 800 undergraduates have called it home since 1987 alone, each leaving their mark on its storied walls.
The last major renovation took place nearly 40 years ago, until tragedy struck in 2024 when a fire sprinkler malfunction caused catastrophic water damage.

What could have been the end of an era became the start of a new one. The Lodge was entirely rebuilt from the ground up — stronger, safer, and more beautiful than ever.
Now, a century after its founding, the Psi Delta Lodge is ready to welcome everyone home again.
Whether you lived within its walls, shared a meal in the dining room, or simply passed through its doors — this is your invitation to see the rebirth of a legend.
